These Terms of Service govern your use of the US Peptide Partners website and the purchase of research-grade peptide compounds supplied by US Peptide Partners ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

All compounds are sold strictly for laboratory research. See our Research Use Policy for binding usage restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe is not intended for legitimate research use.

All sales are final once an order is shipped. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

US Peptide Partners disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, except that materials will conform to the specifications listed on the accompanying certificate of analysis. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue.
