These Terms govern your use of the US Peptide Partners website and any research material request you submit to US Peptide Partners ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms in full.

This website is informational. It does not display pricing, does not accept payment, and does not allow anyone to place an order. Submitting a research material request is a request for review only: it does not create a contract, does not reserve material, and imposes no obligation on us to supply anything.

All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research to qualified researchers and research entities. Our Research Use Policy is binding and incorporated into these Terms. We may request supporting documentation, and we may decline, pause, or close any request at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.

You must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false qualification or purpose information is grounds for immediate refusal and termination of any supply relationship. Resale, repackaging, or redistribution of supplied materials is prohibited.

US Peptide Partners disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, except that supplied materials will conform to the specifications listed on the accompanying certificate of analysis. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the material at issue.
